Bluewater updates Short-Term-Rental By-Law and Institutes Existing Rentals Deadline

The Municipality of Bluewater offered a licensing update for short-term rental businesses. At their September 18th meeting Council passed an amendment to the short-term rental by-law that requires all existing short-term-rentals to be licensed by September 30th. All applications after that date will be considered new applications and location restrictions will apply....

OPP Investigate Racially Offensive Graffiti In Brockton

South Bruce OPP says it is investigating offensive graffiti discovered in Brockton. Police say on Sept. 15 at 3:35 p.m., officers received a report about graffiti applied to an outbuilding at the soccer fields along East Ridge Road. While OPP Constable Kevin Martin did not specify what exactly the graffiti was, he says it was racially offensive....
