South Bruce OPP say they have charged a man with impaired driving after a golf cart collision. Police say on Sunday, December 10th.... Officers responded to find a golf cart had struck a parked vehicle. They say the driver was found to have been drinking alcohol, and was arrested and taken for breath tests....
