| Port Elgin Beach Restaurant & Market Development Issued South Phase Building Permit 08/03/2023 A beachfront market, restaurant and retail building in Port Elgin is a step closer to being constructed after moving forward in the regulatory process. The Town of Saugeen Shores has provided the Cedar Crescent Village project with a building permit for its south phase. The Town had already issued a permit for the north phase in March....
