Grey-Bruce Public Health Asking Residents to Test Homes for Radon

Residents in Grey-Bruce are being asked to test their homes for radon, an invisible, odourless, naturally occurring radioactive gas which can build up in any home.  Andrew Barton, Senior Public Health Manager says radon exposure is the leading cause of lung cancer for non smokers and more smokers, exposure to high levels of radon increases their risk of lung cancer to 33 per cent....
