| Home Sales in Grey Bruce Owen Sound saw 22.8% increase in Number of Sales but Values Fall 07/07/2023 The Realtors Association of Grey Bruce Owen Sound has released the numbers from June and they show an increase of 22.8% in the number of homes sold through MLS versus the same period last year. A total of 291 units were transacted with this sitting 8.8% below the 5-year average and 13% below the 10-year-average for June.
